We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property PEACEFUL CHARACTER PROPERTY CLOSE TO THE NORTH CORNISH COASTLINE This delightful detached house is situated in a peaceful spot on the outskirts of the tranquil hamlet of Jacobstow and is a short drive to beautiful sandy beaches. Sympathetically furnished to a high standard to complement the wealth of character features this property boasts. This stunning coastline has something to offer all ages and tastes from stunning cliff top walks to exceptional surfing beaches and sheltered coves. The local sandy beaches of Crackington Haven Bude and Widemouth Bay are all within easy reach. You will be perfectly positioned to explore some of Cornwall s finest attractions including mythical Tintagel Castle Rick Stein s world famous restaurant in Padstow Newquay s Blue Reef aquarium The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project. Nearby are the picture postcard fishing villages of Boscastle Port Isaac and Rock. There is also a good selection of pubs and restaurants in the area to cater for all tastes. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: all with TV s 1 double with en-suite shower and WC 1 king-size and 1 twin on the first floor. On the ground floor 1 single room. Bathroom: with shower over bath WC and a cupboard that conveniently houses the washing machine. Lounge/diner: with 2 woodburners (first basket of logs included) TV and DVD. Kitchen: with range style electric oven and hob microwave fridge freezer dishwasher and Belfast sink. Outside: enclosed garden patio area with BBQ and garden furniture. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome further by arrangement. Additional info: care must be taken when entering the property as due to the age of the building it has a low doorway. Please be aware that the garden is enclosed with hedges but not entirely dog proof. Location: sandy beach at Crackington Haven 5 miles shop Post Office and pub 2 miles at Wainhouse Corner. Arrival 3.30pm
