We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property TRADITIONAL FARMHOUSE WITH POOL STEAM ROOM AND HOT TUB Set within an exclusive complex this former farmhouse with exposed beams and many original features is located just inland from the picturesque Atlantic shore. The location provides a great base to explore the fine surroundings and attractions of both Devon and Cornwall. Fine beaches adorn the coastline with the local hot spot being Widemouth Bay 1.5 miles away which has breathtaking scenery ideal for the family. The popular village of Port Isaac with fine local cuisine and famed in Doc Martin lies to the west as does the picturesque fishing village of Boscastle. A short drive away is the popular resort town of Bude which has some fine bistros independent shops and trendy cafes. Attractions include King Arthur s castle The Eden Project Crealy Adventure Park the splash at Bude Lanhydrock estate and many fine National Trust properties and gardens. Leisure facilities: Private heated pool with integrated hot tub and steam room. Shared indoor tennis court widely available games room with pool table and table tennis outdoor giant chess set river trout and coarse lake fishing woodland walk extensive grounds ideal for dog walking and kite flying field. Guests are also invited to interact with the alpacas that live on-site. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 2 doubles both with TV s en-suite showers and WC 1 super-king (can be made into a twin upon request) and 1 twin. Bathroom: with roll-top bath and WC. Lounge: with feature fireplace woodburner TV and DVD. Snug: with coal effect electric fire TV DVD and Xbox with games. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and hob microwave fridge freezer dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed garden area with BBQ and furniture. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels (not beach towels) electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Additional info: owners reside in an adjoining property ensuring privacy and no shared aspects. Location: shops 4 miles pub 2 miles and beach 1 mile. Arrival: 3pm
