We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

It is located in a peaceful tranquil setting on shores of the stunning Kyles of Bute within walking distance to all local amenities. Located in the picturesque costal village of Colintraive with its pub where you can catch the worlds shortest ferry crossing to the magical Isle of Bute. The area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts and the property benefits from its own private mooring ideal for those wishing to bring their own boat. Walkers mountain bikers hikers and fishermen are spoilt for choice with the areas spectacular scenery including nearby mountain ranges lochs rivers and forests to explore or just relax and enjoy the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Leisure facilities: fishing on the Kyles of Bute. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 super-king-size bed (that can be made into a twin on request) 1 king-size 1 twin (that can be made into a super-king-size on request) and 1 bunk bedroom.
