We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property WONDERFUL FAMILY HOME WITH SPECTACULAR PANORAMIC VIEWS ACROSS THE ANGUS GLENS TO THE HILLS SLEEP 8 1 This traditional detached house is set in large private gardens and offers a wonderful retreat for a group of family or friends. It offers unusually spacious accommodation with extensive public areas and beautiful views from many rooms. The county town of Forfar (1 mile) lies in the heart of Angus with easy access to the spectacular Angus Glens. For a fun-filled family holiday there is lots to see and do in the area. As well as a great selection of attractions and places to visit guests can enjoy award winning sandy beaches historical sites and all the major amenities the City of Dundee has to offer. This is Carnousite Country with 30 golf courses in and around the area. The Forfar Path Network can be accessed directly from the house which is approx. 1 mile from the A90 accessed via a farm track. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 3 situated on the first floor 1 double with sofa bed 1 small double and 1 twin bedroom. On the ground floor: double bedroom with en-suite shower-room. All the bedrooms except the small double have flatscreen TVs. Bathroom: with shower over bath. Lounge: with wood burning stove piano flatscreen TV Freeview and DVD. Sun Room: spacious with French doors and garden views. Dining Room: formal with seating for ten. Kitchen: well-equipped with breakfasting table (seating 8) electric cooker microwave fridge dishwasher washing machine Flatscreen TV. Utility Room: with space for drying clothes freezer and tumble dryer. Cosy Den reading/toy room on the first floor with wonderful views Playstation game console and selection of books/games. Outside: wonderful private garden with lots of space for children to play patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: Ample parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: Shops and pubs 1 mile restaurant/coffee shop with outdoor play park within walking distance.
