Sometimes it will state 'by arrangement', if so, the breed or size of dog will need to be checked with the owner of the property.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property SPACIOUS DETACHED BARN WITHIN THE GROUNDS OF A WORKING BEEF FARM The traditional red brick property enjoys a great location within the heart of the Gloucestershire countryside with open-plan living and woodburner creating the perfect getaway for families in a central location to enjoy whatever the time of year. This peaceful village offers easy access to the open countryside and the banks of the river Severn with walking and cycling for all abilities on your doorstep. A host of attractions for day trips include The Royal Forest of Dean and Wye Valley The Malvern Hills and Three Counties Show Ground The Cotswold Farm Park Gloucestershire/Warwickshire railway Birdland s and the Model Village Sudeley Castle Cheltenham famed for a day at the races or one of their many festivals. National Trust properties to visit include Bredon Barn Hidcote Gardens Snowshill Manor and Gardens. Excellent cycling opportunities and on-site secure bike storage make it an excellent spot to explore on 2 wheels or 4. A little further afield West Midlands Safari Cadbury World and Warwick Castle. Leisure facilities: Horse stabling available upon request at an additional charge and to be arranged with the owner. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: on first floor 1 double with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC 1 double and 1 twin zip-and-link (which can be made as a double on request). On the ground floor 1 bunk bedroom (possibly not suitable for young children). Bathroom: on first floor with shower over bath and WC. Separate WC on the ground floor. Lounge: with flame effect gas fire and TV/DVD. Dining room: with woodburner. Kitchen: with electric range oven and hob fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Utility room: with microwave and washing machine. Outside: an open aspect courtyard with garden furniture. Amenities: additional accommodation available on request. Ample off-road parking. Secure bike storage. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Location: shop 4 miles and pub within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
