We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property VICTORIAN COASTAL HOME WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE BEACH This fabulous mid-terrace property has been fitted and furnished to a superb standard and provides a comfortable holiday home yet also boasts an array of period charm and features. With walks and amenities close by it provides a perfect base for families and couples alike. The village boasts a pretty harbour and sheltered sandy bay with a 17th century inn post office bakery and a few small shops. From here the South West Coast Path also offers walks with breathtaking views. A short drive away the traditional victorian seaside town of Ilfracombe offers a wealth of shops pubs restaurants as well as traditional amusement arcades cinema and Landmark Theatre. Other attractions and places of interest include Lynton and Lynmouth Croyde Exmoor National Park Watermouth Castle Lee Abbey The Wildlife and Dinosaur Park Exmoor Zoo and The North Devon Farm Park. The accommodation is arranged over three split-level floors and offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 king-size with en-suite shower room and WC and 1 twin. On the second floor 1 king-size with en-suite shower room and WC and 1 bunk bedroom. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Separate WC on the ground floor. Lounge: with woodburner effect electric fire and TV/DVD. Kitchen/diner: with electric double oven and gas hob microwave fridge freezer dishwasher TV and French doors to the lounge. Utility room: cupboard housing washing machine and tumble dryer on the first floor. Outside: to the rear of the property enclosed tiered patio area with garden furniture BBQ and fire-pit. To the front a sloping garden area with patio area and seating. Amenities: private off road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Location: beach pubs and shops all within walking distance. Arrival time: 3:30pm
