We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property 1 OF 2 CONVERTED BARNS IN IDYLLIC COUNTRYSIDE SETTING CLOSE TO THE COAST These beautifully appointed properties have been lovingly converted and boast oak fixtures and original beams throughout. Located on a family farm on the outskirts of the pretty village of Berrynarbor they provide a perfect place to unwind and explore the coast and countryside. The village itself is well served by a local pub tearooms post office and friendly local store further amenities can be found at Combe Martin and Ilfracombe both offering a diverse range of shops pubs and restaurants. Walkers can enjoy easy access to the South West Coast Path and beach lovers will be spoilt for choice with Croyde Woolacombe and Saunton all within a short drive. Other attractions and places of interest nearby include the ancient cliff railway at Lynton and Lynmouth Exmoor famed for its wildlife and stunningly rugged scenery Exmoor Zoo National Trust Arlington Court Watermouth Castle and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park. Amenities: private off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric electric heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Additional info: please kindly note that these are converted period barns and as such there are some low ceilings and restricted headroom on the first floors. There are adjoining doors that can be unlocked to allow one party to comfortably occupy both properties if booked together. Location: beach 1 mile pub and shop within walking distance. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 king-size with TV/DVD and en-suite bathroom with bath separate shower and WC 1 king-size and 2 singles. Bathroom: with hand-held shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: with woodburner TV/DVD and French doors to outside. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine and French doors to outside. Outside: enclosed garden with lawn patio area garden furniture hot-tub and BBQ. Leisure facilities: hot tub. Arrival time for 2018 is 3.30pm.
