If you are thinking of taking a puppy this MUST be declared to holidaycottages.co.uk at the time of booking and will need to be specifically authorised by the owner.

Sometimes it will state 'by arrangement', if so, the breed or size of dog will need to be checked with the owner of the property.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property ANCIENT BARN SET IN ROLLING COUNTRYSIDE OF RURAL CHARM AND TRANQUILLITY Once part of an ancient historic house and the centre of a great estate breeding horses steeped in history dating back to the 16th century enjoying an elevated position with views across the valley the barn has been sympathetically restored offering spacious accommodation ideal for entertaining. Set on working farm with horses cows and free range chickens. Often referred to as the Garden of Wales with a superb mix of countryside sea shores estuaries woodland fascinating market towns and villages. Visit Pembrey beach with 8 miles of golden sands and views across Carmarthen Bay Kidwelly Castle one of the finest castles in Wales or the National Botanic Garden of Wales with its restored gardens and excellent tea room. Enjoy trout fishing on the River Gwendraith Fach at the bottom of the hill and for keen walkers there is the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. Other attractions include Ffos Las Race Course a first class racing venue with racing throughout the year and The Glyn Coch Craft centre offering a museum woodland walks along with crafts to suit all.
