We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Set in its own grounds with far reaching rural views. This idyllic property is located in the peaceful village of Cellan near Lampeter. A university town with shops and restaurants steeped in history with roman roads used by 18th century drovers relic forts and standing stones. Visit one of the many events from the horse fair to the food festival in the town or take a drive to the Dolaucothi gold mines the National Botanic Garden of Wales or the pretty coastal town of Aberaeron. The area offers many activities walks and trails with the very best Ceredigion countryside and coast has to offer.
