We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

This impressive former barn completed in 2017 sits in a gated elevated position and has been thoughtfully renovated with superb views and excellent facilities including a games room and hot tub it makes the perfect retreat for friends and family get togethers. Much to see and do with a choice of beaches and coastal walks to the North and South as well as attractions to suit all tastes. These include Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor Lydford Gorge the Eden Project Lost Gardens of Heligan Morwellham Quay and RHS Rosemoor. Plymouth and Exeter are easily accessible as is Launceston the ancient capital of Cornwall. On entering the property you are greeted by an impressive split level kitchen/diner with island unit and stools as well as a large dining table well-equipped with an oil fired range oven and hob separate electric oven and hob microwave American style fridge/freezer and dishwasher and access to the separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. A shallow step takes you into the comfortable lounge with superb countryside views watch TV or catch a movie on the DVD player - teenagers or those looking for a different mood can relax in the cosy snug where there is also a TV/DVD and panoramic country views. A convenient shower room with WC can be found on the ground floor. Heading upstairs are four bedrooms; one master super-king zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with en-suite shower and WC and Juliette balcony one double room and one further zip-and-link twin (which can be made into a super-king-size on request) these two rooms both share a Jack and Jill en-suite shower room and WC lastly there is one king-size bedroom. The stylish bathroom has a freestanding slipper bath separate shower and WC. Heading outside you will find a Jacuzzi hot tub set in a detached stone barn with outstanding countryside views this is accessed directly opposite via a tarmacked path. There is a patio area with great views garden furniture and BBQ and a large enclosed lawn area. The driveway is wide and offers ample off-road parking for up to six cars.
