If you are thinking of taking a puppy this MUST be declared to holidaycottages.co.uk at the time of booking and will need to be specifically authorised by the owner.

Sometimes it will state 'by arrangement', if so, the breed or size of dog will need to be checked with the owner of the property.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property LARGE PROPERTY NEAR TO BEACHES WITH SNOOKER TABLE GARDENS AND PARKING Just minutes from the town centre yet tucked away in a quiet area. This spacious bungalow is absolutely perfectly located for those wishing to leave their car behind and stroll to one of the many stunning beaches or eateries on offer. Panoramic views will greet your arrival to Newquay as the high cliffs drop into the Atlantic. This resort has become the UK s lifestyle hotspot and a true mecca for surfing fans. The famous five beaches are at the heart of this town Great Western Tolcarne Towan Lusty Glaze and of course Fistral. The original harbour still retains its fishing fleet and is a great place for one to relax and unwind in one of the waterside cafes. Attractions in the local area include a plethora of quality restaurants golf courses karting Newquay Zoo Pirates Quest the Eden Project and many National Trust properties. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 2 king-size with en-suite shower and WC 1 cosy twin and 1 super king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with en-suite shower and WC. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with TV and Netflix films doors leading to the garden area and open fire available for use November - March. Separate dining room. Kitchen: well-equipped with electric range oven and gas hob microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer with ice maker. Utility area: with washing machine and tumble dryer providing access to the games area. Games facilities: full size snooker table table football darts and bar area accessed internally from the main house. Outside: enclosed garden area with table tennis and furniture. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels (not beach towels) electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 3 dogs welcome. Additional info: 200 security deposit payable direct to the owner prior to arrival. The utility hall area shows a small obscured internal window for the neighbouring property there is no shared access within the property and privacy is assured. The entrance driveway is shared however parking is separate. Location: beach pubs restaurants and shops within walking distance.
