We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property SURROUNDED BY AMAZING VIEWS OF THE SEA SHORE AND HEATHER TOPPED HILLS This charming and thoughtfully extended home enjoys magnificent views across Luce Bay to the Mull of Galloway and Isle of Man. Located in a peaceful setting just 2 miles from the pretty 18th century fishing village of Port William. Dumfries and Galloway is not short of beautiful scenery from its glorious green countryside and rolling hills to its sandy coast and spectacular sunsets. 15 miles from market town of Newton Stewart and 20 miles from the bustling ferry port of Stranraer with its many shops restaurants and museums. Close to the Galloway Forest part of the 7 Stanes for keen cyclists adventurous hikers or peaceful strollers and dog walkers. There is an abundance of sea loch and river fishing spots for anglers and even the golfers can enjoy a round at nearby Monreith golf course. Whilst those seeking a more relaxing break can visit Scotland s National book town of Wigtown where there is an annual book festival each autumn. Sample local produce from a choice of smokehouses dotted along the main A75 route or indulge in homemade jersey icecream at the famous Cream O Galloway. The property is located on the edge of a small family run holiday park exclusive to privately owned holiday homes. Play facilities on site include: children s enclosed play paddock area with slide swings and climbing tower. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: 1 super king-size zip-and-link (that can be made into a twin on request) 1 super king-size zip-and-link (that can be made into a twin on request). On the ground floor 1 double and 1 twin zip-and-link (that can be made into a super king-size on request). Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Wet room: with shower and WC on the ground floor. Lounge: with TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and hob dishwasher fridge/freezer and microwave. Utility room: with washing machine. Outside: large enclosed garden with seating area. Built in brick BBQ guests will need to supply own charcoal. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome additional dog accepted by arrangement. Location: shop and pub 2 miles. Beach within walking distance. Additional info: private parking for up to 4 cars property is beside the main road (although noise is minimal). Arrival: 4pm.
