If you are thinking of taking a puppy this MUST be declared to holidaycottages.co.uk at the time of booking and will need to be specifically authorised by the owner.

Sometimes it will state 'by arrangement', if so, the breed or size of dog will need to be checked with the owner of the property.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property WONDERFUL SPACIOUS APARTMENT IN AN ELEVATED POSITION WITH SEA VIEWS This beautifully located family friendly property has wonderful views of Oban Bay and McCaigs Tower and is within walking distance of all local amenities. Located in the beautiful town of Oban with its excellent shopping leisure facilities ferry terminal and train station makes this an excellent base for your holiday. There are numerous attractions and activities close by including Stramash outdoor activities Ocean Explorer Centre Dunollie Inveraray Carnasserie and Dunstaffnage Castle Oban Bay Brewery War & Peace Museum Oban distillery and visitors centre and Bohawe Iron Furnace or take a boat trip over to the beautiful islands of Mull Staffa Iona and the Treshnish Isles. The spacious second floor accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: all with iPod docks 1 king-size with sea views flatscreen TV/DVD and en-suite shower room with WC. 1 twin with sea views 1 double and 1 further king-size. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan room with sea views woodburner (first basket of logs included) Smart flatscreen TV DVD and hi-fi. Dining area. Kitchen area well-equipped with electric double oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine and microwave. Amenities: on street parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome.
