We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property HOUSE WITH BEAUTIFUL CORNISH VIEWS PROPERTY NEW TO OUR COLLECTION IN 2017 This end of terrace house refurbished in 2016 is situated 10 feet from the beach with a pub next door and a short stroll to the picturesque harbour of Mevagissey. With uninterrupted views over the beach and sheltered cove of Portmellon you will arguably have the best view in Cornwall and the best position to embrace the waves rolling up to the property during high seas and stormy weather. Batten down the hatches and listen to the waves from the comfort of the property. The sandy beach is right in front of you and there is a traditional family friendly pub serving food and real ale a few steps away. Mevagissey is one of the most popular fishing villages in Cornwall with a range of shops pubs restaurants and galleries and can be reached by foot in fifteen minutes. The regional town of Truro is a 20 minute drive and has a range of leisure activities and high street and independent shops. You will also be perfectly positioned for touring Cornwall with a host of attractions to suit all tastes which include Lost Gardens of Heligan The Eden Project the tall ships at Charlestown Lands End and The Tate Gallery at St Ives to name but a few. The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: all with TV s 1 king-size with Jack and Jill en-suite shower room with shower and WC and 1 king-size both rooms have stunning views and 2 twin bedrooms. Bathroom: with bath shower and WC. Lounge/diner: with TV woodburner and stunning views which leads into a sun room. Kitchen: well-equipped with electric range oven and gas hob fridge freezer dishwasher washing machine microwave and wine cooler. Breakfast room. Outside: private suntrap enclosed rear garden with seating. Amenities: parking for 4 cars please note in high seas and stormy weather parking is in the pub car park approx. 50m from the property. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Dogs welcome. Location: shop 1 mile beach and pub walking distance.
