We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

When not at the beach guests can explore St Leonards-on-Sea a creative town best known for its selection of galleries laid-back cafes and vintage shops. On the ground floor a entrance area welcomes you into this property and leads through to a traditional Victorian hallway. One bedroom with a king-sized bed is located on this floor to the right which has been stylishly decorated with carefully chosen tasteful furniture. Next there is a spacious and impressive bathroom complete with a large walk-in shower WC and a roll-top bath sitting beneath a stained-glass window the perfect way to unwind after a busy day. Step down to the lower ground floor passing a door out to the patio area to reach the spacious kitchen/diner. The kitchen area has been decorated in a contemporary style with a large plasma TV built into the wall and stone and stainless steel work surfaces. There is a range oven with gas hob microwave juicer toaster kettle dishwasher and washing machine. Guests can enjoy a drink at the breakfast bar before moving onto the large dining table that sits in front of the French windows to the outside. On the first floor a spacious lounge spans the whole floor featuring two large L-shaped sofas (one of which can be used as a sofa bed) woodburner wooden flooring a feature Victorian fireplace and superb panoramic views through arched windows overlooking the sea. On the second floor a bunk bedroom ideal for children and a bedroom with double bed. These rooms share a family bathroom with two sinks WC and sea views. On the top floor you will find the master bedroom which boasts a king-size bed en-suite WC and basin and a spectacular balcony with table and chairs and glass balustrade offering wonderful views out to sea. The enclosed patio area outside features a BBQ and plenty of comfortable garden furniture the perfect spot to while away summer evenings.
