We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property STUNNING COASTAL PROPERTY WITH PANORAMIC SEA VIEWS This beautiful house set in an elevated position has been carefully renovated to offer a truly relaxing and indulgent family holiday. Fabulous living spaces both inside and out provide the opportunity to enjoy laid back coastal living whatever the weather. This area is famed for its lovely scenery and keen walkers will enjoy the cliff-top walks of the Cornish coast path. The beach is perfect for family beach time and exploring the rock pools at low tide. The heart of the village has a beach side pub an excellent restaurant cafe and a small general store all a short stroll away. Other easily accessible attractions include numerous National Trust houses and gardens Historic Plymouth with its Hoe Barbican Theatre and National Marine Aquarium The Eden Project Bodmin Moor and the fishing villages of Looe and Polperro. In the evenings relax on your own private balcony and enjoy the breathtaking views. The accommodation is arranged over three floors and accessed from the top floor offers FIVE bedrooms all with a flatscreen TV and sea views: 1 master king-size double on the second floor with stunning panoramic sea views seating area and en-suite bathroom with wet-room style double shower dual basin and vanity area. 1 further king-size double 1 double 1 twin (with partial sea views) and 1 single bedroom (3ft 6 bed) on the ground floor. Family bathroom: on the ground floor with shower over bath and WC. Additional WC: on the ground floor. Lounge/diner on the first floor: light and airy open-plan area with large flatscreen TV/DVD with Sky TV Bose Wave music system wood burner dining table which extends to seat up to 10 and large patio doors offering stunning panoramic views and access to a large decked balcony with seating. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher breakfast bar and small table. Utility room: with washing machine tumble dryer and American style fridge/freezer. Outside: tiered garden with lawn areas and a further large decked area with BBQ stand for disposable BBQs (2 small or 1 large disposable BBQ provided) for eating al-fresco.
