We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property SPACIOUS AND WELL-EQUIPPED DETACHED HOUSE IN A PLEASANT HAMLET An ideal spot for relaxing in North Cornwall yet only a short drive to the wonderful coastline. Situated in a small hamlet the property is surrounded by meadowland and has some distant sea glimpses. A mile or so to a choice of pubs and shops and within easy reach of some of Cornwall s most popular towns and villages including Padstow Rock Port Isaac and Tintagel famous for its Arthurian legends. The coastline is some of the finest in England with breathtaking cliff-top walks sheltered coves and sandy surfing beaches to enjoy. Other attractions well worth a visit include: The Eden Project Newquay Sealife Centre and Bude with its canal and Splashpool to name a few.
