We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Ideally positioned for a wide range of places to visit and activities. Follow the Aquaduct Trail to Tamar Lakes to enjoy the watersports coarse fishing and wildlife reserve. Take a short drive to a choice of stunning beaches including Sandymouth Duckpool and Crackington Haven. Try the surf at Widemouth and the 3 beaches and vibrancy of Bude where you will also find a great choice of places to eat canal and leisure facilities. Fantastic for coastal walks visit Clovelly with its cobbles and harbour cycle the Camel and Tarka Trails take in the rugged beauty of Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor and much much more. The nearby village of Kilkhampton boasts 2 villages shops farmshop butchers 2 pubs and 3 takeaways. Something for everyone. The accommodation which is upside-down offers FIVE bedrooms: all downstairs 2 doubles 1 with large en-suite shower room and WC and 1 with en-suite with shower over bath and WC. 3 twin bedrooms. Shower room: large with WC. Upstairs separate WC. Lounge/diner: upstairs is an impressive living area with TV DVD Nintendo Wii pool table woodburner and a large dining room table that seats 10 people. Kitchen: approached via additional stairs is a farmhouse style kitchen with electric range style cooker large ceramic hob fridge dishwasher microwave and separate seating area for 6 people. Utility room: with washing machine additional fridge and freezer. Outside: 2 gardens adjoining each other with one being enclosed and gated.
