We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property GRAND SPACIOUS HOUSE IN THE HEART OF POPULAR FISHING VILLAGE. SLEEPS 10 1 This Grade II listed period house dating back to 1760 is approximately 300 yards from the quay and vibrant centre of Appledore. Historically a buoyant fishing village Appledore retains much of its original charm yet has now become a popular destination for visitors to the area. Just a short drive along the bay is the Blue Flag beach of Westward Ho! enjoying 2 miles of golden sandy beach and its characteristic pebble ridge that naturally protects the country park of Northam Burrows that houses Royal North Devon Golf Club England s oldest golf course. An ideal base for exploring the whole of North Devon there are attractions to suit all tastes and these include RHS Rosemoor Gardens The Big Sheep The Milky Way and The Oldenburg for pleasure trips to Lundy Island and more. The market town of Bideford is close by and offers a pannier market and high street shops. In the evenings relax in the walled garden. The accommodation offers FIVE bedrooms laid out over three floors: 1 master double with en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath separate shower and WC and 2 further spacious double rooms all located on the first floor. 2 twin bedrooms one with a futon bed and one with a pull-out 3ft bed on the second floor. Shower room: with WC on the first floor. Bathroom: with shower attachment and WC on the second floor. Lounge: with flatscreen TV/DVD Xbox and working open fireplace. Snug lounge: with flatscreen TV gas fire and games cupboard. Dining room: adjacent to kitchen with woodburner. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer. Utility room: with washing machine separate tumble dryer wine cooler and dishwasher. Outside: the rear enclosed walled garden offers patio and lawn area with ample garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: roadside parking is usually available within walking distance of the property or alternatively there is a pay and display car park 100 metres away.
