Most properties where dogs are welcome will allow them throughout, however please check the individual property description as some owners may request that they are restricted to a specific area i.e. kitchen or conservatory etc.

If you are thinking of taking a puppy this MUST be declared to holidaycottages.co.uk at the time of booking and will need to be specifically authorised by the owner.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property GRADE II LISTED FARMHOUSE CLOSE TO AN AREA OF NATURAL OUTSTANDING BEAUTY Secluded spacious property which sits comfortably within 7 acres of a working farm. The current owners have restored many original features and now has cosy snugs open fires and contemporary spaces. Whether you are looking to relax and embrace the stunning sunsets scenery and culture or want a more active adventure there s something for everyone to enjoy. Pack a picnic and hit the beach for some rock pooling take a family surfing lesson or see some of the islands amazing wildlife. Anglesey Coastal Path follows much of the island s coastline catering for walkers and cyclists alike. Explore an underwater world at Anglesey Sea Zoo or step back in time and experience life as a miner at Amlwch s Copper Kingdom. Benllech is one of the most popular of the island s beaches with fine golden sand and clear blue waters. Sea fishing close by. The accommodation offers FIVE bedrooms: on first floor 1 king-size with TV and en-suite shower with WC and 1 twin. On the ground floor 1 king-size with TV and en-suite shower and WC and 1 king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into twins on request) with woodburner and 1 super king-size (which can be made into twins on request). Wet room: with hand held-shower over bath separate shower and WC. Lounge: with woodburner (first basket of logs included) and TV/DVD. Snug: on first floor. Kitchen/diner: open-plan with Rayburn microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and TV. Outside: enclosed garden with raised lawned area garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric underfloor heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome use of outside kennel if required. Additional info: selection of indoor and outdoor games provided. Location: beach shop and pubs 3 miles. Arrival: 3pm.
