Sometimes it will state 'by arrangement', if so, the breed or size of dog will need to be checked with the owner of the property.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property 18TH CENTURY CONVERTED CHURCH A SHORT STROLL TO A BEAUTIFUL SANDY BEACH This wonderful property with its original foot print dating back to the 13th century was originally commissioned by King Robert the Bruce has been sympathetically restored in 2015 and still retains many period features and charm. Located in a peaceful tranquil setting in the picturesque costal village of Cummertrees situated on the stunning Solway Coast Heritage Trail boasting its spectacular 200 mile coastline making this a paradise for walkers mountain bikers water sports enthusiasts fishermen and golfers too with the Powfoot course within a short walk. There are numerous attractions close by including Caerlaverock Threave and Drumlanrig castles Galloway astronomy centre Robert Burns museum Dino Park the 7stanes Scottish borders dark skies park Sweetheart Abbey Mabie Farm Park or just relax and enjoy the wonderful scenery and abundance of wildlife in this area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The accommodation offers FIVE bedrooms: on the ground floor 2 zip-and-link twins (that can be made into a king-size on request). On the first floor 1 super-king-size with en-suite bathroom with bath wet room style shower and WC. 1 king-size and 1 double. Bathroom with bath large separate shower and WC on the first floor. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC on the ground floor. Separate WC on the ground floor. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with woodburner (logs included) SkyTV (with full HD package) wonderful stained glass windows and Hi-Fi with iPod dock. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob fridge/ freezer with ice maker microwave and wine cooler. Lounge: with TV/DVD on the second floor. Utility room: with dishwasher washing machine and freezer. Outside: large shared garden with seating area and BBQ Marquesses of Queensberry mausoleum and numerous ancient historic grave stones (public access permitted). Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 3 dogs welcome. Regret no smoking. Additional info: the main entrance gate is not the owners property so the front gate will not be locked but can be closed. Location: pubs shops 4 miles and beach within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
