We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property A STUNNING GRADE II LISTED PROPERTY IN THE TOWN CENTRE SLEEPS 8 1 This delightful town house is nestled within the centre of the popular town of Brixham. The property has been lovingly furnished yet retaining many original features. It is an ideal spot for exploring and is only a short walk to the harbour shops and restaurants. Life in the busy fishing town has always centred around the harbour where yachts and heritage trawlers jostle for space with day boats heading out to sea for the days catch. Head to the Old Fish Market during spring and summer for puppet shows and fancy dress or for a romantic day cruise on a heritage trawler across the bay. You can also enjoy some of the other towns in the area including Tones and Dartmouth. Kitchen: with electric oven and gas hob microwave and fridge/freezer. Utility room: with washer/dryer on the first floor. Outside: enclosed small patio area accessed via the kitchen decked terrace with seating accessed via the second floor or external steps. Amenities: roadside parking or parking can be found in nearby public car parks where permits can be arranged. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included.
