We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property DETACHED SPLIT LEVEL COASTAL PROPERTY WITH OUTDOOR HEATED SWIMMING POOL Nestling in a sheltered spot a good place for friends and family to get together. Facing south east with views over green hills it is close to the Cornish Coastal Path which leads to the north through the pretty Ludon valley to the small beach at Crackington Haven. The immediate area appeals to beach lovers cliff top walkers and surfers. By the beach at Crackington Haven are two cafes a pub and a tennis court all surrounded by rugged cliffs. Further north is the wider beach of Widemouth Bay and beyond that the seaside beach town of Bude with a selection of shops and restaurants a supermarket canal walks and ten pin bowling. To the south is the quaint harbour of Boscastle beyond that Tintagel site of Authurian legend and then popular Rock Polzeath and Padstow. Leisure facilities: exclusive use of outdoor 11 metre swimming pool heated April to September. Games room: with football table hi-fi TV/DVD with surround sound which benefits from direct access to the pool and sun terrace. The accommodation offers FIVE bedrooms. On the lower ground floor all with en-suite shower rooms 2 doubles with direct access onto the sun terrace and pool and 1 twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request). On the ground floor 1 double with en-suite shower room and 1 twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request) with en-suite bathroom. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with woodburner (first basket of logs included) and TV on the ground floor. Kitchen area with 2 electric ovens and 1 hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: gardens surround the property with an enclosed area of lawn and courtyard with garden seating. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels central heating electric and Wi-Fi included (please note the connection is only suitable for general web browsing and checking of emails etc). Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Additional info: gated staircase leads down to the lower ground floor accommodation and family room with TV seating and table football. Towels for use on the beach and pool not included. Location: shop 2 miles beach and pub within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
