We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property 1 OF 4 TRADITIONAL STONE BARNS SET WITHIN 20 ACRES OF PICTURESQUE FARMLAND WITH A GAMES ROOM PONIES PIGS SHEEP AND HENS DOGS WELCOME BETWEEN SEPTEMBER THROUGH UNTIL END OF JUNE Set within 20 acres of the owner s farm land these attractive stone barns offer extremely comfortable accommodation in an excellent part of North Cornwall. Providing a peaceful and relaxing holiday base in an idyllic setting and yet being only a short distance to the beaches and sheltered coves on the north coast. Many fun days out can be spent at local attractions such as: Launceston Steam Railway Newquay Sealife Centre Tintagel with its Arthurian legend Trethorne Leisure Park and many more. Other attractions for a great day out include The Eden Project Lands End and also Boscastle and Port Isaac which are nearby with their picturesque harbours. In the evenings visit one of the many local family pubs all serving good food. The barns have been converted from Grade II listed 17th century buildings and each has its own enchanting character which has been developed from their former use. These include cart houses stables and a mill. The owners also own an ancient drove that leads up to the Moor with its wonderful walks to the Tors. Each cottage is different from the next and great care and attention has been taken to ensure that the original features of each have been incorporated into the living accommodation providing a comfortable and unique setting. Farm activities: guests can visit the animals which include ponies sheep hens and a pig guests are also welcome to help the owners feed the animals during feed time. Play facilities: outside children s play area and indoor soft play area. Games room: with play table football table tennis and pool table. Outside: guests are welcome to explore the grounds and relax within the 20 acres. Each cottage has a seating area and a BBQ is available on request. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels (although you will need to bring own beach towels) electric and central heating is included for all cottages. Wi-Fi available in the games/play room only. Regret no smoking. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome further by arrangement. Regret no dogs in July and August. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times due to the animals on-site. Additional info: the owners welcome everyone with a delicious cream tea on arrival. Private water supply. Location: beach 7 miles shop 4 miles and pub 2 miles. Arrival Time: 3.30pm An extremely spacious barn offering FIVE bedrooms: 2 kingsize rooms each with en-suite shower room and WC 2 twins and 1 bunk bedroom. Bathroom: with WC and a shower room with WC. Lounge/diner: lovely with exposed beams woodburner flatscreen TV Freeview DAB radio and DVD. Kitchen: with range cooker fridge freezer dishwasher washer/dryer and microwave. Outside: private enclosed garden area. Amenities: first basket of logs included 3.00 per basket thereafter.
