We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property STUNNING BARN SET IN THE HEART OF THE NORFOLK COUNTRYSIDE The property has been lovingly converted and is set in the owner s grounds it looks onto a courtyard and is approached via a private drive. It offers the perfect base from which to explore Norfolk or just relax. Set inland from the coast the property offers easy access to the countryside coast and all Norfolk has to offer. A short drive takes you to Holt a bustling market town with boutiques and coffee shops. Sheringham is home to the North Norfolk Railway and a thriving seaside town close by is Weybourne and Blakeney where you can take a boat to see the seals. Norwich offers two cathedrals and a Norman Castle many museums shops and restaurants. National Trust properties include Felbrigg and Blickling Halls. Miles of country lanes lead from the property to be explored on foot or by car. Leisure facilities: hot tub available 150 per week or 100 per short break payable direct to the owners. Games room: with full size snooker table. The accommodation offers FIVE bedrooms: 1 super king-size with en-suite bathroom with bath separate shower and WC 2 twins one of which is accessed via steep stairs 1 zip-and-link twin (which can be made into a king-size on request) and 1 king-size. Bathroom: with shower attachment over bath and WC. Shower room: with shower and WC. Lounge/diner: with woodburner SkyTV DVD and iPod dock. Kitchen: with Aga dishwasher and fridge. Utility room: with additional fridge freezer microwave and two washing machines. Outside: private enclosed patio area with garden furniture hot tub and BBQ and access to a large fenced in garden. Amenities: private off-road parking. Bed linen electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 2 dogs welcome. Regret no smoking. Security deposit of 250 payable direct to owners and returned within 14 days after stay. Location: beach 11 miles. Shop and pub 3 miles. Arrival: 3pm.
