If you are thinking of taking a puppy this MUST be declared to holidaycottages.co.uk at the time of booking and will need to be specifically authorised by the owner.

Sometimes it will state 'by arrangement', if so, the breed or size of dog will need to be checked with the owner of the property.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Situated in a quiet residential area this home will cater for all your needs and provides a great base from which to enjoy both Glasgow and other parts of Scotland. The southwest of Glasgow is the perfect link to inner and outer city attractions. Popular outdoor music venue Bellahouston Park Ibrox Stadium and Glasgow Science Centre are located close by or take the Paisley Canal line from Dumbreck station into Glasgow Central only a five minute train journey. Central attractions include SSE Hydro and Kelvingrove Art Gallery as well as many shopping arcades and districts including St Enoch Centre and Buchanan Galleries. The accommodation offers FIVE bedrooms: all with TVs 1 double 1 king-size 1 twin with orthopaedic adjustment beds and SkyTV 1 king-size with additional single and 1 zip-and-link (which can be made as twin on request). Shower rooms: both with WC 1 on the ground floor. Bathroom: with spa bath and WC. Lounge: with SkyTV Xbox iPod dock and DVD. TV room: with SkyTV and double sofa bed. Dining room. Kitchen: with gas and induction hob and electric oven dishwasher microwave coffee machine and fridge/freezer. Utility room: with tumble dryer washing machine and mini-freezer. Outside: large enclosed garden with garden furniture large children s trampoline and BBQ. Amenities: private off-road parking for 4/5 cars. Bed linen towels central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 medium size dogs welcome. Additional info: 500 security deposit payable to the owner prior to arrival. Short breaks are also available.
