Most properties where dogs are welcome will allow them throughout, however please check the individual property description as some owners may request that they are restricted to a specific area i.e. kitchen or conservatory etc.

If you are thinking of taking a puppy this MUST be declared to holidaycottages.co.uk at the time of booking and will need to be specifically authorised by the owner.

Sometimes it will state 'by arrangement', if so, the breed or size of dog will need to be checked with the owner of the property.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

One of three properties set in a peaceful location with 140 acres of arable land easy access from the A30 and situated a short drive from the beach. The golden sands of Hayle provide 3 miles of safe beach ideal for bathing and surfing. On the other side of the bay St Ives has a host of galleries and many restaurants. On the South coast you can visit St Michaels Mount and the pretty fishing villages of Newlyn and Mousehole. For the family The Wildlife Sanctuary Flambards Theme Park The Minack Theatre and the National Seal Sanctuary are all within a short drive. At the end of a busy day you can relax in the hot tub and sauna or enjoy a BBQ in the fabulous lodge. Games facilities: guests of all ages will enjoy making use of the private games room with pool/snooker table iPod dock flatscreen TV DVD Xbox Nintendo Wii and a selection of games and DVDs. Outside there is an additional private decked area with seating and a shared children s play area. Fishing: Treemeadow Trout Fishery 0.7 miles from property and BK Fisheries in St. Erth 1.9 miles from property. Enjoying glimpses of the sea from some rooms a spacious and comfortable conversion with many features exposed beams reclaimed timbers from local chapels and beautiful arched stained glass windows. Offering FIVE bedrooms: 1 master king-size double with TV Freeview and en-suite shower over bath and WC 1 zip and link super king-size (or set up as 2 x 3ft singles on request) with TV and Freeview 1 double with TV and Freeview 1 twin with TV Freeview and DVD and 1 ground floor double with TV. Bathroom: on the first floor with oak flooring roll-top bath and WC. Separate shower room and WC on the ground floor.
