We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Located at the confluence of two rivers in Pandy near Llangollen. The village offers shops and pub with easy access to the vibrant towns of Wrexham Llangollen and the market town of Oswestry all with an array of shops restaurants and leisure activities. Visit Bangor on Dee famous for its racecourse enjoy a trip on the horse drawn canal boat or on the steam train in Llangollen. The National Trust s Chirk Castle and Erddig are nearby with Wales highest waterfall Pistyll Rhaeadr a short drive. Activities in the area include walking rambling cycling golf canoeing white water rafting and fishing.
