We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Located in Mallwd on the fringes of Snowdonia National Park. Situated on the banks of the River Clefion in the valleys of the Cambrian Mountains you will find yourself in a delightfully rural location. Close by you can discover the market towns of Machynlleth and Dolgellau both offer a range of shops and restaurants. Anyone wishing to indulge themselves in beautiful peaceful surroundings will not be disappointed. The mountains rivers and coastline nearby are well worth exploring and there are plenty of activities on offer including walking hiking mountain biking fishing and horse riding. For those who are looking for a more moderate pace the hall s large well stocked gardens are perfect for a gentle stroll. The accommodation offers FIVE bedrooms: 1 king-size with en-suite bathroom with rustic roll-top bath separate shower and WC 1 king-size with en-suite bathroom with rustic roll-top bath separate shower and WC 1 king-size with en-suite 1 single with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC and 1 single with shower room and WC. Lounge: with woodburner and further feature stone fireplace with open fire (logs included) and TV/DVD. Dining room: with stone fireplace. Kitchen: with AGA electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher washing machine fridge and freezer. Outside: two acres of its own grounds with rambling paths garden furniture and BBQ.
