We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property RURAL SETTING WITH COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS ENCLOSED GARDEN WITH HOT TUB Located down a private lane within a 300 acre working family farm this delightful farmhouse is full of charm and character and offers an array of creature comforts. Peace and quiet are assured from the owners neighbouring wing yet a warm welcome awaits. The nearby town of Torrington is well worth a visit and boasts an array of cafes independent shops Dartington Crystal visitor centre and popular RHS Rosemoor. Dartmoor and Exmoor with their rugged scenery and wildlife are easily accessible as is the common land that surrounds Torrington which offers over 20 miles of footpaths that link directly to the famous Tarka Trail which is great for cyclists and walkers. The seaside town of Westward Ho! is a 20 minute drive away and offers 2 miles of golden sands. Local attractions include The Milky Way The Big Sheep Clovelly with its steep cobbled streets or you could even take a boat trip to Lundy Island. Games room: within the farmhouse with TV multi games table and selection of toys and games. Farm activities: guests are welcome to watch seasonal activities including calf feeding harvesting and milking. The accommodation offers FIVE bedrooms: 1 double with TV and en-suite with shower and WC 1 double with en-suite shower and WC 1 king-size zip-and-link (that can be made up as twins on request) with hand basin 1 double with hand basin and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Dining room: with woodburner (logs included). Lounge: with woodburner (logs included) TV and DVD. Conservatory: with views over the garden. Kitchen: Aga style cooker and electric hot plate microwave American style fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Pantry: with fridge/freezer. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: sheltered enclosed 3 tiered garden; patio with seating BBQ and enclosed ornamental pond (care to be taken with small children) terrace with hot tub and lawn. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating logs and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome further by arrangement.
