We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

With excellent views from every direction to compliment the extensive facilities you may never want to leave the house. For those that do Llangybi is a small village with a pub that is within walking distance. Just two miles to the historic town of Usk offers a plethora of independent shops eateries inns and antique shops. There is a trail with 28 sites of historic interest and the castle is a must visit along with the interesting museum of rural life. Golfers have Raglan Parc a short drive away whilst everyone else can burn their energy at Usk Island with woodland walks and an adventure playground. Enter the hallway leading to a large lounge with wood burner SkyTV DVD and views from the French doors to the extensive grounds. Through to beautiful kitchen/diner with wonderful Aga fridge freezer microwave and TV. The separate utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. You will also find a separate WC. The additional lounge is set up for games with younger guests in mind. From the hallway and up an impressive dog leg staircase to the first floor there are five good-size bedrooms two super-king-size one king-size one double and 1 single. The double has an en-suite bathroom with bath separate shower and WC. There is an additional Jack and Jill bathroom with bath separate shower and WC that acts as a family bathroom but can also accessed from the super-king-size bedroom which itself can be reached via a stone staircase in the lounge on the ground floor. The outside of the property has acres of space an exclusive swimming pool (heated from April to the end of September) and hot tub (available all year) private gardens patio and ponds and there is ample private parking for four cars accessed through the gated driveway.
