We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

It has been refurbished to the highest standard yet retains the original charm of exposed beams and stone fireplaces. The luxurious and spacious accommodation is set in large private grounds with its own private terrace to the front. The stunning North Devon coastline is 10 miles away along with the South West Coast Path. Local attractions such as The Milky Way The Big Sheep Dartington Crystal and RHS Rosemoor to name a few are all within an easy drive you will never run out of things to do and see.
