We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property RENOVATED HOUSE SET DEEP IN THE DEVONSHIRE COUNTRYSIDE This former family home stands in many acres of the owner s land ensuring seclusion from neighbouring properties. Thoughtfully renovated so that it has something to offer everyone. The large lounge is perfect for relaxing after a family feast in the large dining room with its roaring woodburner. If you do wish to venture further from this wonderful property you will find yourself ideally positioned for exploring the rugged scenery of Dartmoor the public footpath which the farm offers and also the Granite Cycle way which runs right through the middle of the farm with easy cycling for all ages (bike hire can be arranged 0.5 miles away). You will be perfectly positioned for touring both Devon and Cornwall with easy access to the A30. You will have a choice of sandy beaches to the north and south as well as attractions such as Meldon and Roadford reservoirs for walking and fishing National Trust properties The Eden Project (60 minutes drive) and horse riding can be found locally. There are two local pubs within 1 mile of the property serving food. The town of Okehampton offers visitors the opportunity to step back in time with a visit to the ruins of Okehampton castle or play a few holes on the golf course or swimming in the new local indoor leisure complex. Other attractions include Lydford Gorge Morwellham Quay Two Bridges Widecombe-in-the-Moor Castle Drogo Buckland Abbey Crealy Adventure Park market towns and more. Play facilities: for families there is a walled garden and games barn including table tennis table football and a small snooker table also useful as storage for bikes. The accommodation has been carefully refurbished to a high standard and offers SIX bedrooms: upstairs most with a feature fireplace 2 king-size both with TV and en-suite bathrooms (one with sofa bed) 1 further double with extra single bed and 3 twin bedrooms. Bathroom: with bath and WC. Downstairs shower room with WC. Two staircases sit on either side of the property for easy access to every room in the house.
