We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

The stunning North Devon coastline is 10 miles away along with the South West Coast Path. Local attractions such as The Milky Way The Big Sheep Dartington Crystal and RHS Rosemoor to name a few are all within an easy drive you will never run out of things to do and see. The historic town of Great Torrington which has a range of shops and a supermarket is only 15 minutes drive. Kitchen/diner: leading off the lounge spacious well-equipped and stylish open-plan area with Range cooker fridge freezer dishwasher microwave and many useful extras.
