We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property LUXURIOUS BARN WITH UNINTERRUPTED VIEWS ACROSS THE BLACK MOUNTAINS - SLEEPS 11 Set within private grounds these two beautiful old barns have been cleverly and stylishly joined together to create a gorgeous holiday home. Complete with stunning views a stylish finish and well thought through to ensure maximum comfort. On the natural border between England and Wales and Offa s Dyke is just a little further up the hill with incredible walks and mountain bike trails right from the door. The Black Mountains are fabulous by horseback and there are numerous riding stables nearby. There are Norman Castles littered throughout the landscape. Three historic castles Grosmont Skenfrith and White Castle are all within easy reach perfect for a day out exploring the Borderlands. Towns nearby include Abergavenny with its castle shops and restaurants just 15 mins by car and The Cathedral cities of Brecon and Hereford are just 30 minutes away. Play facilities: trampoline swing ball and sledges. The accommodation offers SIX bedrooms: 4 double bedrooms made up as super-king-size beds (which can be made into twins on request at the time booking). The main bedroom with super-king-size bed and en-suite roll top bath with hand-held shower and WC and 1 single bedroom (accessed via the master bedroom). Bathroom with roll top bath shower and WC. Separate WC on the ground floor. Lounge: with open fire. Second lounge: with SkyTV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and hob microwave fridge freezer and iPod dock. Outside: private garden with garden furniture and BBQ (in the summer months). Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electricity central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome (permitted in the kitchen only). Additional info: 300 security deposit payable. In house caterers can be arranged at an additional charge. Wi-Fi can be patchy and you will find computer points in most rooms. Patchy mobile signal. Location: pub within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm. Need to know SLEEPS 2-11: 6 beautifully furnished bedrooms in total. Master bedroom with super-king size bed and en-suite bathroom adjoining single bedroom. Four more double bedrooms made up with super king-size beds (which can be made into twins by request at the time of booking). All bedding included. COOKING & EATING: Hand made huge and fully equipped kitchen. Lacanche electric range fridge small freezer microwave. Massive French dining table and chairs with plenty of space for twelve people to enjoy. RELAXING: Two lovely rooms; a more formal drawing room with open fire elegant furniture and a cosy atmosphere. Plus a cosy den with huge sofa large tv dvd wi-fi and Sky Sports. STAYING CONNECTED: Wi-fi throughout can be patchy so computer points in every room. Speaker system wired through main rooms for iPod docks. Patchy mobile signal land line available. BATHING: Three beautiful bathrooms and one downstairs loo: en-suite with roll top bath double basin and loo. Two upstairs bathrooms with roll top baths showers basins and loos. OUTSIDE: Remote and beautiful location with private grounds trampoline swing ball and sledges available (at own risk). Garden furniture and barbeque available in summer months. ACCESS: The barn has a long farm driveway which will get muddy in bad weather so it s best to pack the wellington boots for opening the gate on arrival. SECURITY BOND: There is a 300 refundable security bond for the property managed by Sugar and Loaf.
