We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

There are so many attractions in the area these include a trip to Filey s Bird Garden & Animal Park or a ride on a donkey at Scarborough beach after looking around Scarborough Castle the Iron Age fort. A short drive away is the popular theme park Flamingo Land great for children and adults. If you want a fright why not go to Whitby for the Dracula Experience! The accommodation offers FOUR bedrooms: all have SkyTV on the first floor 1 master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower room with WC and patio doors opening onto the balcony 1 twin and 1 single. On the ground floor 1 double with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Bathroom: bath shower and WC. Lounge/diner: with woodburner and flatscreen TV. Snug/playroom: with TV and games console. Kitchen: with electric oven gas hob dishwasher washing machine and fridge/freezer. There is a detached annexe which offers additional sleeping accommodation for up to 4 people: upstairs 1 king-size with TV and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC.
