We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property A TOUCH OF COUNTRY LIVING IN A UNIQUE FARMHOUSE WITH A HOT TUB Approached via winding country roads the property stands at the end of a long drive near the owner s house overlooking the pond. The property was renovated in 2016 by the owners while retaining many of the original features and charm. Located close to the village of Long Stratton with shops coffee shops and pubs. Take a trip to Sheringham or Cromer on the North Norfolk coast of Southwold and Aldeburgh on the Suffolk Coast. Take a boat out on the Norfolk Broads for a slower pace of life. National Trust properties include Sutton Hoo Blickling and Felbrigg Halls. English Heritage properties include Framlingham and Orford Castles. Local attractions include Banham Zoo High Lodge at Thetford Forest The Dinosaur Adventure Park and BeWILDerwood. For retail therapy head to Norwich with shopping Malls Museums Castle and Theatres.
