We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Lovingly renovated from medieval farm buildings and with an abundance of oak beams and floors they boast a wonderful home-from-home feel. Situated in a particularly scenic area of Mid-Wales on the banks of the River Bechan and with views of St Beauno s Church on one side and two ornamental lakes on the other you will be well-placed to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The ancient market towns of Welshpool and Ludlow are nearby and offer a selection of shops restaurants a theatre cinema and leisure centre. Powys Castle and Gardens and Montgomery Canal are only 9 miles away and the Snowdonia National Park and coast are all within an hour s drive. Other attractions within easy reach include the West Midlands Shooting Ground Welshpool & Llanfair Light Railway Chirk Castle and Gregynog Hall. Leisure facilities: Pretty lake-side setting with garden furniture available for guests to enjoy and perfect for a picnic. Amenities: ample private off-road parking. Location: beach 40 miles pub within walking distance and selection of shops in Newtown 5 miles. The accommodation offers EIGHT bedrooms: all with TV s 2 king-size with en-suite bathroom with roll top bath shower and WC 2 doubles with en-suite bathroom with shower and WC 1 twin with en-suite shower with WC and 1 small double bedroom with en-suite shower with WC. On the ground floor 1 further king-size with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and WC and 1 twin with en-suite bathroom with shower and WC. Lounge/diner: beautifully spacious room with oak beams open fireplace and TV/DVD. Kitchen: large country style kitchen with gas oven and hob microwave dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
