We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

The building has been added to and altered many times over the years since then and now it's a spacious and charming house in a location that really is second-to-none. The property is well suited to family holidays or gatherings of friends, anyone looking to get away from the stresses of daily life and wanting to enjoy the charm and beauty of Exmoor.

There are three bedrooms on the first floor; one double (with king-sized bed), one twin room, and a family room with a king-sized double bed plus a single. There are two upstairs bathrooms; one with bath only and the other has a bath and shower. Downstairs there is a living room, and kitchen/dining room. A small part of the downstairs of the house has been made into a one-bedroom apartment which is used by the owner, her number is in the welcome pack and she will be there to answer any questions you may have during your stay.
