We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property SET WITHIN 50 ACRES OFFERING A PERFECT VENUE FOR FAMILY GET TOGETHERS This elegant manor house has been restored with impeccable taste and luxury right at the top of the agenda. The house manages to stay true to its origins as an early Victorian hunting lodge with quirky touches and hints of its former use spotted throughout. There are some fantastic walks on offer in the Brecon Beacons National Park which is close at hand as are the Black Mountain ranges. More gentle walks can be found along the River Wye. Nearby attractions include the famous book town of Hay-on-Wye which is a few short miles away and holds the fabulous International Hay Festival each year. For more adventurous pursuits there are adventure training centres a short drive away including hand gliding off Hay Bluff. Stabling: stabling for horses available. The accommodation offers NINE bedrooms: 1 super-king-size beds zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with en-suite bath and WC 2 super-king-size beds zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with Jack and Jill bathroom with bath and WC and one with additional en-suite shower room with shower and WC 1 king-size 3 doubles and 1 four-poster double with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. One beautiful four poster bedroom four super king-size bedrooms (which can be made into twin rooms) one kingsize bedroom and three double bedrooms. A daily bed making service is available. BATHING: Seven bathrooms a mix of free standing baths large shower heads and en-suites. Fluffy towels and lovely soaps included. RELAXING: Large downstairs area with a formal drawing room which can be used as a conference area if necessary a library a morning room and a billiard room with table. Open fires with plentiful wood supplied a fully stocked cellar by arrangement and a lovely Billiard table all add to the feeling of total relaxation.
