LOCATION A busy but very convenient position opposite the Shadycombe car park, and within quick access of the boat park and slipway.  Salcombe's array of boutique shops, pubs, restaurants and stunning harbour are within a mostly level 5-minute walk.ENTRANCE Steps lead up from Gould Road to a small front terrrace with wooden bench and low table.  The main entrance leads directly into the kitchen. KITCHEN/DINING ROOM The newly extended and fully refurbished kitchen (2016) with attractive American shutters has a range of white gloss units, stone worktops, four-ring halogen hob and electric oven, integrated dishwasher and washing machine, and microwave.  A wooden dining table seats six comfortably.  A small, newly constructed SHOWER ROOM with overhead and hald-held showers, w.c. and basin is accessed from the kitchen.  Double doors open into the sitting room.   SITTING ROOM A spacious and comfortably furnished living area has two three-seater sofas, large armchair in the bay window, wall-mounted TV, DVD player and electric feature fire. French doors lead out to the rear garden and terrace.BEDROOMS Three in total, all on the first floor.  The main bedroom has two single beds (pushed together), bedside units, fitted wardrobe and French doors with Juliet balcony.  The head (end!) of Batson Creek can be seen from this room as can Snapes Point in the distance.  The second bedroom has a metal framed double bed with bedside units, whilst the third (for children only) has full size bunk beds with small wardrobe and drawers.  N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen supplied, but guests will need to bring their own towels

BATHROOM A fully tiled family bathroom on the first floor has a bath, electric shower (over), w.c. and hand basin. OUTSIDE In addition to the front terrace (above) is a good sized rear garden/terrace area with wooden table and six chairs.  Barbecue available.OTHER INFORMATION Newly fitted Karndean flooring through the ground floor with carpet on stairs and in all bedrooms.  Gas-fired central heating and hot water. Fully double glazed throughout. Wireless broadband internet available. One well behaved dog is permitted, but smoking is not allowed.

Dogs are accepted as long as they are kept under control and are not left unattended. A charge of 25GBP per week is made, for each dog staying in the property and you must provide details of all dogs staying in the property.
