LOCATION The property is in central Fore Street, in the very heart of Salcombe (above Deck Out), with quick access to town's boutique shops, pubs and restaurants as well as its beautiful harbour and stunning waterfront. A small passenger ferry runs from nearby pontoons to the sandy beaches of East Portlemouth and Millbay on the opposite side of the harbour, whilst the South Sands ferry offers a lovely 10-15 minute trip along the estuary to the beach and boutique hotel of the same name!
VIEWS Excellent views from the sitting room, master and twin bedrooms across and over Whitestrand to the Salcombe estuary beyondENTRANCE A secure gate at street level opens to a flight of stone steps, which in turn lead up to the entrance landing and apartment front door. A secure UTILITY cupboard on the external landing area houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. There are three internal steps up to the living accommodation at the first floor (lower) level.KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM The elegantly presented kitchen has a range of sleek modern units and worktop, four-ring electric hob, integrated double oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A glass topped breakfast table has four chairsSITTING/DINING ROOM A delightful, light and bright open plan living space has a sitting area with two beautiful Ercol double sofas, coffee table, flatscreen TV, DVD player and contemporary wood-burning stove. The room features a large picture window with lovely views over Fore Street, Whitestrand and the harbour. The dining area has a large wooden table seating six comfortablyBEDROOMS Three in total, all on the second floor (upper level). The master bedroom features a King size bed, bedside unit, matching wardrobe and drawers, CD/radio, and has estuary views. The adjacent twin room has two wooden framed single beds, bedside units, fitted wardrobes and similar views over Whitestrand. The third bedroom has a King size bed with fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided. Tenants will require beach and tea towelsBATH/SHOWER ROOMS On the lower level is delightful shower room with corner cubicle, electric power shower, w.c., wash-hand basin and heated towel rail, whilst on the top floor is a good-sized family bathroom with bath, electric power shower (over), w.c., wash-hand basin and heated towel railOUTSIDE To the side of the property (accessed between floors) is a superb terrace balcony with glass and stainless steel railings. The area, which attracts afternoon and early evening sunshine, is attractively furnished with large L-shaped garden sofa and matching chair.PARKING A seasonal parking pass is provided for the long stay car park from 1st April to 30th September provided for the long stay car park, approx. 5-7 mins walk away OTHER INFORMATION The entrance hallway, kitchen and bathrooms are all fitted with beautiful Karndean flooring, with carpet in all other rooms. Gas fired central heating and hot water. Wireless broadband internet available. Strictly no smoking but one, well behaved dog is permitted.  N.B. For reasons of comfort this property is restricted to a maximum of four adults in any party, and for a total of 4 only during 'Low Season' periods.

The South Hams is the perfect destination for a holiday or short break with your dog, with miles of fantastic dog-walking coastline, many beaches, some pubs and local attractions also welcome dogs. Dogs are accepted as long as they are kept under control and are not left unattended. A charge of 25GBP per week is made, for each dog staying in the property and you must provide details of all dogs staying in the property.
