There is also a second main bathroom, and two additional WCs, one on the ground floor. Downstairs is a fitted kitchen with a Newood cooking range, a dining room and a spacious living room. In the basement is a utility room, and a games room with pool table, table tennis and darts. Outside, there is off road parking, bike storage and a sitting area with furniture and BBQ.
