Y Beudy is a stunning detached house in the village of Pwllglas, four miles from Ruthin. The house sleeps fourteen people in seven bedrooms, 1 x ground floor double, 1 x first floor king-size double with dressing room and en-suite wet room shower, basin, WC, grab rails and shower stool, 1 x first floor king-size double, 1 x third floor double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x third floor double with Jack-and-Jill access to shower room, 2 x third floor twin, one of which has Jack-and-Jill access to the shower room. The cottage also has a ground floor wet room with walk-in shower, built-in wall seat, basin and raised height WC, a third floor shower room with shower, basin and WC and a first floor basin and WC. Also in the cottage is a kitchen, a kitchenette, dining areas and two sitting rooms together with play room, games room and summer room. Outside is ample off road parking and a terrace with lawn, hot tub and barbecue. Y Beudy is a fantastic house from which to explore this beautiful part of the country.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburners inc. in rent. Additional supplies on honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Three travel cots, three highchairs, and two booster seats available on first come, first served basis, shared between two properties. Three stairgates. Ample off road parking. Bike storage. Terraced lawns, raised picnic area and patio with hot tub, furniture and BBQ. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: For the less mobile there is a perching stool, wheeled shower seat and toilet frame. External ramped access available for wheelchairs. Note: Lift for the use of less mobile guests only. Note: Strictly no unaccompanied children. Note: Due to balcony and mezzanine areas, children must be supervised at all times. Note: This property accepts a maximum of 12 adults and 2 children under the age of 11. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: Due to cleaning, hot tub may not be available on day of arrival.
