National Parks

There are 15 National Parks in the UK – ten in England, three in Wales and two in Scotland. Each of these parks is managed by its own respective authority, working in harmony as National Parks UK.

Our national parks are beacons for sustainable development, funded by central government, and conserved and protected for future generations. The parks offer us the freedom to get back to nature, to enjoy the natural wildlife and habitat, and to promote a greater understanding of our heritage.

This page enables to you discover more about our parks and the accommodation available in each of the designated areas.
